اطلاعیه:nتمام مقالاتی که به دومین کنفرانس ملی انجنیری برق و انرژی افغانستان ارسال میشوند از لحاظ کاپی بودن و سرقت ادبی بررسی خواهند شد. اگر واضح شود که یک مقاله از رفرنس دیگری بدون ذکر مرجع، کاپی شده باشد، مقاله به طور خودکار رد خواهد شد.nتمام مقالات که به سکرتریت کنفرانس ارسال می شوند باید همراه با یک فرم حق کپی رایت باشند. بدین منظور لطفا فرم کپی رایت را از لینک زیر دریافت و پرینت نموده، آن را امضا کنید، سپس اسکن کنید و فایل PDF آنرا ارسال نمایید.nدقت شود که این فورم باید همراه با اصل فایل مقاله به ایمیل دبیرخانه کنفرانس ([email protected]) ارسال شود.nلطفا فراموش نکنید عنوان مقاله خود را در موضوع پیام ایمیل خود بنویسید. nفورم حق کاپی رایت را از اینجا دانلود نمایید:nLink 1: https://ufile.io/rbubknLink 2: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=16147503251403175128

ACEE Policy on Plagiarism:nnAll papers submitted to ACEE 2019 will be checked for plagiarism. If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Even if a paper is accepted, the ACEE committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings.nnAll papers must be accompanied by a completed copyright transfer form. Please kindly fill in a hard-copy copyright form, sign it, scan it and email it (in PDF) to the conference secretariat ([email protected]). ACEE is the first and largest scientific event in the field of Energy and power engineering in the country. nIn this regard, at the time of the conference, keynote speeches from senior government officials, important academic and industrial figures will be presented.nnEngineers and researchers submit their findings as scientific papers; the papers sent to the conference secretariat are sent to the scientific and technical committees of the conference in the subject matter and after the appointment of the review and evaluation in these committees, the premier papers for presentation at the conference and publication in The book of conference proceedings will be selected and presented.

فراخوان مقاله برای دومین کنفرانس ملی انجنیری برق و انرژی افغانستان (ACEE2019)nnکمیته علمی کنفرانس از کلیه کارشناسان و متخصصانِ سکتور انرژی، دعوت می نماید که مقالات علمی خود را در زمینه های موضوعیِ کنفرانس با توجه به تاریخ های زیربه دبیرخانه کنفرانس، ارسال نمایند. nمقالات باید مطابق با دستورالعمل های موجود تهیه و تنظیم شوند. راهنما و فرمت تهیه مقالات در پست های بعدی ارائه می گردد.
