Happy 4th everyone! Here’s what this day means to me:

This past week was a mad dash to get big items out of the tea shop. It took a 22’ foot trailer, full sized van, & a nice size trailer to move it all. nnMost of it went to a non profit organization called @theExchange whose mission is to collaborate with local organizations to provide home essentials for community members in need through the effective reuse of donated items. nnA huge shout out goes to Cathy & Scott Tyink, Anthony & Melissa Swartwout, & Erik Thomsen for helping with the big move. It was a fun..get..er..done..group that’s for sure! nnMy focus this week will be moving all those last minute odds & ends items as well as training staff to make Boba Teas. There is A LOT of behind the scenes into running a business..I’m so grateful for all the help & continued support!

Hi Everyone,nnThese past two weeks have flown by way too fast! I’m learning so much and figuring things out. My biggest achievement so far has been understanding our new POS system and get electronic gift cards to work, those who know me know I’m not tech savvy Lol🤣nnI’m most grateful for an AMAZING staff that continues to “go with the flow” and help me behind the scenes..it’s a big change for them too! nnWe have figured out seating guidelines and are happy to see people inside the cafe again. (See photo below)nnI know everyone is anticipating the menu..I PROMISE Bubble Teas will be coming soon! (Hoping April 26😬)nnLoose leaf teas have been moved to Global Grounds and I’m working hard to create space for them. You can still order them via Facebook msg, I’ll get it ready for you and will msg you back when it’s ready for pick up at Global Grounds. nnThank you for your continued support and patience as I transition into this beautiful new space. I’ve added Matcha tea & Matcha Latte to the menu..more to come, until then..you’ll start to see sprinkles of changes blooming here and there.😊nnBlessings,nnThippi

Hello friends,nnWow..it has been a little over a year that Covid 19 hit our community with so much uncertainty. Small businesses like mine have had to learn and pivot a new way of doing business. I admit there have been times where I almost closed my doors for good..and all I could do was say, “just one more day..” nnI’m excited to share my BIG NEWS with you today..I’m merging my tea business with Global Grounds Coffee and will be MOVING into the coffee shop which is located at 1808 State Street!nnIt has been a whirlwind of happenings and we are taking things one day at a time, figuring out how to merge together..plans are in the works..papers are being signed..furniture being moved..lots to do for sure. I’m grateful for this opportunity and embracing the “new normal” we are in. nnThank you for your support and patience as we navigate our next journey. You may have questions that I may not be ready to answer yet..Please know that I’m doing my best to keep going..Just One More Day..nnI can’t thank Cathy Tyink and Alina Piotrowski enough for welcoming me into Global Grounds & for their guidance.
