***Unemployment Insurance Holiday Payment Schedule***nnThere has been a 24-hour turnaround approved for direct deposit payments due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 6th. Therefore, if the claimant is paid by direct deposit the payment will be posted to the checking or savings account 3 business days after the issue date instead of 4 business days starting August 31st. nnDebit card payments will still take the same number of days (3 working business days from the issue date) for processing. Therefore, the Labor Day holiday will cause a 1-day delay in payments by debit card. nnThe following chart will tell when the deposit goes in the claimant's account
