HAPPY PASSOVER to all our Jewish friends. This is the festival in which we commemorate the Jewish people being freed from slavery in Egypt. As they had to leave in a rush the bread didn't have time to rise so to remember this we eat unleavened bread/ Matzah for the duration of the 8 day festival
