Trader Joe's spiraled carrots! Delicious and nutritious! I followed the cooking instructions on the package and used a few sprays of butter spray and a sprinkling of dried dill!! Very good!! 0 Smartpoints!
0 Smartpoints!! nnSpaghetti Squash! nnPreheat oven to 400 degreesnCut in half - scoop seeds and discard.nnPlace spaghetti squash cut side down in a baking/roasting pan and place in oven for 45-50 minutes.nnRemove from oven and turn cut side up. With a fork....gently rake inside of squash with a fork to create "spaghetti" - nn*to cut easily prior to cooking.....make several small slits with a sharp knife around the squash and microwave for 5-8 minutes or more until just soft enough to be able to cut open the squash prior to roasting in oven. nnPlace in a roasting pan cut side down.
