I’m sure you’ve heard me say this before, but the prices of homes are continuing to rise, while the inventory is dropping quickly. nWhat does this mean? nIt means it’s the perfect time to easily sell your home and obtain top dollar, but buying a home.. is the more difficult part. nnOver the last couple of years being licensed, I’ve put together a step by step buyer and sellers’ guide to give insight to my clients of what to expect on each side. Of course, every transaction isn’t the exact same.. but that’s where I come in to help if things get tricky 😉 nOver the next few weeks I will break down my guides for potential buyers and sellers within my posts.. my hope is that if you ever consider buying or selling, this will educate you on what to expect from the current process. Real Estate is ever changing, and the market/ process are not like they were even 5 years ago. Get an agent who stays “in the know” and is upfront and honest in all things. nn(Thank you @mmlighting for these beautiful photos.)
Hey friends! nHave you ever thought about a career in real estate?nIn January 2019, I was pregnant with my baby girl, and felt overwhelmed with the thought of leaving both of my babies many hours a week to commute and work at an office for someone else’s gain. I knew I would love to do something that would allow me to work along side of my children, and I also knew I was excited by the many facets of real estate. My husband encouraged me to pursue my dream of being a licensed realtor and things got insane from there.. nI’m still fairly new at the real estate game, but I’m gaining experience and learning more every day, and I’m SO appreciative of being able to do something I am passionate about.. and bonus, still do the stay at home mom thing on my less busy days 😉nIf you think this could be a option for a career (or side hustle), reach out to me. I would love to break down why you’d make a great agent and why now is a great time to join this field!
1st photo is what I imagined my day would look like as a successful realtor.. 2nd is what it actually looks like 😜nMost days, I’m driving to and from preschool and play dates with groceries loaded in my backseat and working from my laptop/ phone while the baby is napping.nIn my opinion, moms make the best realtors because we can multitask like no other.. dealing with clients’ wants and needs are actually a stress reliever after handling the same for toddlers. nIt’s not what I imagined.. but I wouldn’t change a thing!
Out with the old.. in with the new!nnIf you haven’t heard, Red Barn Cityside is now Revolve Real Estate. So, although things may look different, this name change won’t impact the experience my clients will receive nor will it affect my current contracts. nnI am looking forward to putting this new sign in many more front yards this year! 🥳
Do you believe me, yet?
Y’all can thank me later for these wisdom nuggets when it helps you get your dream home 😉
I’ve been BUSY y’all! 😅😅nThree new listings came this week and they couldn’t be more contrasting of each other. One Villa in the North GA mountains, one perfect starter home in Carrollton, and one roomy home on land in West GA.. nI was just thinking how I’ve structured my processes for listing a home and have been shaping it into a science for over a year.nMy goal is to be so dependable in my systems, that the experience each of my clients receive will be consistent whether their home will sell for $80,000 or $800,000. nNow for the fun part, who wants to go see one of these homes this weekend before they are gone? 😎
New Listing.. who wants to buy this beautiful home?!
